Recipes and Tips

We are partnering with a few professional baristi to create a series of instructional videos, recipes and tips for both the beginner as well as the experienced home barista. We are proud to feature Peter Middlecamp of Black Sheep Coffee Cafe in South St. Paul, Minnesota, and Anthony Benda of Cáfe Myriade in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Middlecamp was a Finalist in the 2007 United States Barista Championship and Benda was a Finalist in both the 2007 and 2008 Canadian Barista Championships.
